Yesterday the National Energy regulator of South Africa ( NERSA) facilited a mediation meeting between City of Cape Town and STOP COCT over issues related to the City’s Electricity Tariffs and Surcharges. Now the organisation Stop CoCT submitted the complaints to Nersa a few weeks ago which include matters related to Electricity Surcharges, tariff setting, billing practices and the link of Electricity tariffs to Property Values.
